Safeguarding Policy:

The safety and well-being of all individuals, particularly children and vulnerable adults, are of paramount importance at Chester Golf Club. We have robust safeguarding procedures in place to protect everyone within our community from harm or abuse.

Our safeguarding policy outlines clear guidelines for identifying, reporting, and addressing any concerns related to the welfare of children, vulnerable adults, or any other individuals at risk. We provide regular training for staff and volunteers to ensure they are equipped to recognise and respond to safeguarding issues appropriately.

Under the directive of England Golf, we undergo and adhere to the SafeGolf accreditation,  enabling everyone to have a safe, fun experience in golf and to demonstrate that our Club meets the expected standards of safeguarding.

Disciplinary Policy & Code of Conduct:

To maintain a positive and respectful environment for all members and visitors, Chester Golf Club has established a disciplinary policy to address any behavior that violates club rules or compromises the well-being of others. This policy outlines the steps for addressing misconduct, including warnings, suspensions, and, if necessary, expulsion from the club.

We expect all individuals associated with the club to adhere to our code of conduct and treat others with courtesy, integrity, and respect. By upholding our disciplinary policy, we uphold the values of our club and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Buggy Policy:

For the safety of all golfers and the preservation of our course, Chester Golf Club has specific policies regarding the use of buggies on the premises. These policies include guidelines for buggy rental, operation, and usage restrictions in certain areas of the course.

We require all buggy users to adhere to designated areas and avoid driving on the greens, tees, or other sensitive areas. Additionally, users must follow speed limits and exercise caution to prevent accidents or damage to the course.
