The club is situated less than a mile from Chester City Centre with the car park overlooking the Racecourse and with the city in the background.

Below the car park, the River Dee winds its way past the course forming one of the boundaries to the club.

The route to the club is via a tree lined road past some of the more impressive houses on Curzon Park.

The road to the club finally crosses the main railway link from Chester to Wales. Occasionally, the bridge can be lined with railway enthusiasts waiting to catch a glimpse of the occasional steam train, probably on its way to Llangollen.
